the location is really convenient. shibuya station is just a short walk. the staff was friendly and helpful. they provided maps.
the air conditioning was not working correctly. i had to open the window. street noise kept me awake. there was no charging socket by the bed.

The front desk provided fresh coffee each morning. This was a great start to my days. A free bottle of water was available after a long day exploring. The staff was very professional. They provide helpful assistance. The location allows easy access to places. This is convenience.
The key system requires me to leave my key at the front desk whenever I leave, and I found this to be slightly inconvenient.

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of it All

I found the location convenient. It was easy to walk to many attractions. The complimentary morning coffee was a lovely touch. The staff spoke English fluently and offered great support. The friendly service added to the stay , and I always felt welcome.
